The Philippines is out to make a statement in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games, sending a record-high delegation of over 1,600 athletes, coaches, and officials to Thailand from December 9 to 20.
For Philippine Sports Commission Chairman Patrick “Pato” Gregorio, the goal is to give athletes more more exposure to hone their craft and test their skills against international competition.
