Proudly carrying the Philippine flag, Stephen “The Sniper” Loman and Drex “The T-Rex” Zamboanga are expected to see action in BRAVE CF in the second quarter of 2026.
The Philippines will once again have strong representation in BRAVE Combat Federation, with Stephen “The Sniper” Loman and Drex “The T-Rex” Zamboanga both part of its roster.
Both men were among the biggest signees by the world’s fastest-growing and most global mixed martial arts organization in 2025, and now, the two highly regarded talents hope to share the spotlight on the same card.
"We were together under a different promotion before, but I never got the chance to fight on the same card with Drex. Now that we are both here, I hope we can showcase Philippine pride together," Loman said.
Zamboanga echoed the sentiment, adding, "It would be even better if we compete on the same card. I know many Filipinos will be tuning in, and it will be a moment to celebrate our country together."
Both fighters are expected to suit up for action in the second quarter of 2026, bringing anticipation and excitement for the passionate Filipino fans.
Loman, a cornerstone of BRAVE CF history, made his debut on the Bahrain-based promotion’s very first card in September 2016 and compiled an undefeated 6-0 record under the banner.
His crowning achievement came in November 2017 when he captured the inaugural BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Championship, defeating Gurdarshan “Saint Lion” Mangat via first-round technical knockout.
“The Sniper” held the title for 1,179 days and defended it four times, including a fourth-round stoppage of former featherweight titleholder Elias “Smile” Boudegzdame in front of a pro-Filipino crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena in March 2019.
After four years away from the promotion, Loman returned to BRAVE CF before the end of 2025, signaling a homecoming.
"I am delighted to write a new chapter in my career with BRAVE CF," Loman stated. "This marks the start of full Filipino representation in the promotion again, and I could not be more excited."
BRAVE CF has historically been a hub for Filipino mixed martial artists, with talents such as Jeremy “The Juggernaut” Pacatiw, Rolando Gabriel “The Incredible” Dy, Jenel “The Demolition Man” Lausa, Jomar “Nasty” Pa-ac, and Harold “The Artist” Banario showcasing their skills under the bright lights.
While Filipino representation has slowed in recent years, BRAVE CF reignited the trend with Zamboanga’s signing in February 2025.

Considered one of the Philippines’ top athletes in the sport, Zamboanga boasts a 14-6 professional record with 11 finishes.
“The T-Rex” first rose to prominence as the URCC bantamweight champion and later earned victories over Detchadin Sorsirisuphathin, Rahul Raju, and Adonis Sevilleno on the international stage.
Zamboanga hopes their presence can revitalize the Filipino contingent in BRAVE CF.
"I see BRAVE CF as a place where Filipinos can get exposure, thrive, and take their careers to the next level. Stephen and I are ready to show that the Philippines belongs on the international stage of mixed martial arts," Zamboanga expressed.
