Quentin Millora-Brown didn't get an ideal B.LEAGUE debut as the Chiba Jets suffered a 31-point rout at the hands of the Ryukyu Golden Kings.
It was a rough welcome to the Japan B.LEAGUE for Quentin Millora-Brown.
The Gilas big man had a subdued debut as the Chiba Jets absorbed a lopsided 92-61 loss at the hands of the Ryukyu Golden Kings on Saturday, January 24.
Coming off the bench, Millora-Brown ended up with three points and two rebounds in 13 minutes of play. It was his first game in Japan after the Jets made his signing official the day prior.
Chiba dug themselves into an early hole, trailing 9–26 at the end of the first frame. The Jets never recovered, eventually dropping to a 24–7 record on the season.
Despite his tough first game, Millora-Brown joined a powerhouse as the Jets are perennial contenders led by local starts Yuki Togashi and Yuta Watanabe. This season Chiba maintains a top-3 record in the Eastern Conference.

For this game though, the Golden Kings showcased their depth as American import Damyean Dotson led a balanced attack with 17 points, while Ryuichi Kishimoto and Alex Kirk provided ample support with 15 and 14 markers, respectively.
Both teams play each other once again on Sunday.
