Royse Tubino delivered a key performance against her former team as the Farm Fresh Foxies outlasted the Choco Mucho Flying Titans in five sets in the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Royse Tubino came up big against her former team as the Farm Fresh Foxies escaped the Choco Mucho Flying Titans in five sets, 21-25, 25-22, 16-25, 25-18, 15-9, in the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference on Tuesday at the FilOil Centre.
After dropping their previous two five-setters, the Foxies flipped the script in their third straight match that went the distance, showing composure in the deciding frame to secure the victory.
Tubino finished with 14 points to help power the win against her old squad, while Trisha Tubu led Farm Fresh with 22 markers.
Ces Molina and Riri Meneses also contributed 17 and 10 points, respectively, for the Foxies.
Tsaka itong panalo talaga na 'to, team effort. Tsaka hindi kami sumuko nung dulo."
Going up against Choco Mucho for the first time since leaving during the offseason, Tubino emphasized that she was simply focused on her game.

Despite the competitive atmosphere, Tubino shared that the matchup still carried some light moments on the court, including playful exchanges with former teammates.
Meanwhile, Rondina and Kat Tolentino paced the Flying Titans with 22 points each in the loss.
With the win, Farm Fresh improved to 3-4 in the standings to keep its Top 4 hopes alive, tying Choco Mucho and Nxled in the tightly contested middle of the table.
