History, star power, and sizzling runs marked the nine-game NBA slate as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander set the record for consecutive 20-point games, Luka Doncic erupted for his first 50-point night as a Laker, and the Hawks stretched their winning streak to eight.

SGA SMASHES ANOTHER WILT RECORD; LUKA DONCIC FIRES 51 

  • OKC Thunder (52-15) def. Boston Celtics (43-23), 104-102: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added another milestone to his growing résumé, breaking Wilt Chamberlain’s record for the most consecutive 20-point games with 127 in a thrilling victory over the Celtics.

The reigning MVP poured in 35 points — 21 of them in the final quarter — while adding nine assists and six rebounds in the historic outing.

  • LA Lakers (41-25) def. Chicago Bulls (27-39), 142-130: Behind Luka Doncic’s 51-point explosion, the surging Lakers rolled past the Bulls for their fourth straight win.

It marked Doncic’s first 50-point game as a Laker as Los Angeles also climbed into sole possession of third place in the Western Conference.

  • Detroit Pistons (47-18) def. Philadelphia 76ers (35-31), 131-109: Duncan Robinson scored 19 points to lead seven Detroit players in double figures as the Pistons routed the depleted 76ers by 22 points.

Javonte Green added 17 points, Tobias Harris and Ronald Holland had 15 each, Jalen Duren posted 14 points and 10 rebounds, Isaiah Stewart scored 13, and Kevin Huerter finished with 12.

  • Phoenix Suns (39-27) def. Indiana Pacers (15-51), 123-108: Devin Booker exploded for 43 points while Jalen Green added 36 as the Suns dominated the league-worst Pacers for their fourth straight win while handing Indiana its 11th consecutive loss.

  • Dallas Mavericks (22-44) def. Memphis Grizzlies (23-42), 120-112: Khris Middleton took over in the fourth quarter, scoring 22 of his season-high 35 points to help the Mavericks defeat the Grizzlies and snap an eight-game losing streak.

JOKIC DROPS 31-20-12 TRIP-DUB; HAWKS WIN EIGHT STRAIGHT 

  • Denver Nuggets (41-26) def. San Antonio Spurs (48-18), 136-131: Nikola Jokic posted a monster triple-double of 31 points, 20 rebounds and 12 assists to power the Nuggets’ rousing 20-point comeback win over the Spurs.

Jamal Murray added 39 points as Denver snapped San Antonio’s four-game winning streak in a game the Spurs played without injured star Victor Wembanyama.

  • Atlanta Hawks (35-31) def. Brooklyn Nets (17-49), 108-197: Jalen Johnson flirted with a triple-double, finishing with 21 points, nine rebounds and nine assists as the Hawks extended the longest active winning streak to eight games with a win over the Nets.

  • Miami Heat (38-29) def. Milwaukee Bucks (27-38), 112-105: Bam Adebayo scored 21 points in the game following his historic 83-point outing, helping the Heat beat the Bucks for their seventh straight win.

Pelle Larsson added a career-high 28 points as Miami remained sixth in the Eastern Conference, just percentage points behind the fifth-ranked Orlando Magic.

  • Orlando Magic (37-28) def. Washington Wizards (15-49), 136-101: Jalen Suggs racked up a season-high 28 points, powering the Magic past the Wizards and extending Orlando’s longest winning run of the season to six.
