Manny Pacquiao just could not walk away from the sport he loves. Now he's doing training for his boxing ring return. He's got his main crew back--Freddie Roach and Buboy Fernandez--as well as a special addition, his son Jimuel.
Manny Pacquiao’s preparations for his ring return shifted into high gear on Wednesday, May 21 (Los Angeles time).
This after Pacquiao trained with son Jimuel at the Pan-Pacific Park, where they did drills like slam ball workouts.

The session looked more like a passing-of-torch moment for the father-and-son duo, with the younger Pacquiao reportedly making a professional boxing debut.
If so, the fight will likely be an undercard in the 46-year-old Pacquiao’s bout against Mario Barrios (28-2-1, 18 KOs).
After hanging up his gloves in 2021, the elder Pacquiao is making comeback against WBC welterweight champion 16 years his junior.
With 64-7-2, 40 KOs under his belt, the Pacman doesn’t really have anything more to prove.
After all, he is an eight-division champion, among other milestones.
Those milestones were more than enough to convince a panel to induct him into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in June, just a couple of weeks after this upcoming fight.
The match is set on July 19 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas where the boxing forged his legend.
