Aurora Gaming PH moved one win closer to the M7 World Championship Grand Finals after defeating Indonesia’s Alter Ego Esports, 3–1, on Wednesday night in Jakarta, Indonesia.
RORA struck first in Game 1 behind a strong showing from EXP laner Edward, who powered the Filipino squad with Lapu-Lapu, finishing with a 6/2/10 KDA and 67.9k damage to set the tone for the series.
Alter Ego responded in Game 2 to level the match, but Aurora quickly regained control in Game 3 as jungler Jan Domengkite Delmundo took over on Harith, dictating the pace and swinging momentum back in the Filipinos’ favor.

Up next for the Northern Lights is a showdown against Selangor Red Giants, the MPL Malaysia champions, in the upper bracket finals.
