Akari Chargers standout Ivy Lacsina was moved to tears after her younger sisters Ize, Iya, and Ishaa surprised her with their decision to join the Adamson girls’ volleyball program.
Akari Chargers middle blocker Ivy Lacsina can't help but cry tears of joy when her younger sisters—Ize, Iya, and Ishaa—revealed they were joining the Adamson girls' volleyball program.
It was a total surprise from the trio, who are now set to begin their own volleyball journey in Manila.
“Actually wala akong masyado naging part doon.

With her sisters making the leap from Pampanga to Manila, Ivy knew right away what her role would be.
For the past two months, the sisters have been living with Ivy in Manila, giving her a chance to help them adjust to the new environment.
While their academics are in check, Ivy sees herself stepping in mostly as their volleyball guide.
“Siguro ang magiging part ko lang sa kanila 'yung more on about volleyball kasi sa studies... doon ako sa part ng volleyball talaga.”
Having three siblings under scholarship has also helped ease the family’s financial load, something Ivy doesn’t take for granted.
As they take their first steps into UAAP life, Ivy remains their proudest supporter—and fiercest protector.
“Super excited ako and super proud ako sa mga siblings ko kasi lagi nilang sinasabi sa’kin na ako 'yung role model nila and masaya naman ako para sa kanila.”
From Ate Ivy to mentor, teammate, and cheerleader—she’s all in for the next Lacsina generation.
