Momentum is clearly on the side of the Beermen as they enter the contest riding a six-game winning streak and sporting a strong 6–2 record at second behind pacesetting Rain or Shine (7-2).

They are also coming off a convincing 110–95 victory over TNT, a game that showcased their championship pedigree on both ends of the floor.

Cjay Perez repeatedly broke down the Tropang 5G defense in transition and the half court to produce a blistering 33-point output.

June Mar Fajardo, meanwhile, quietly imposed his dominance inside with 13 points and 17 rebounds, anchoring SMB's interior presence.

With Perez and Fajardo expected to lead the charge once more, the squad aims to extend its winning run to seven games and inch closer to securing a favorable playoff position.

Against the struggling Bossing, the Beermen will look to set the tone early and continue building rhythm as the conference reaches its crucial stretch.
