As it continues to celebrate its 50th founding anniversary, the PBA is gifting fans with limited free tickets for its December playdates in time for the Christmas season.
Indeed, it is the season of giving in the PBA.
In celebration of its golden anniversary, the league announced Friday, Dec. 5, that it is giving away free tickets to fans for this month's games.
However, the league clarified that said tickets are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Including Sunday's (Dec.7) clash that features three of the four tied teams on top, Converge, NLEX and Rain or Shine (6-2), as well as fifth-running Magnolia (5-3), the PBA still has seven game days left in Luzon for the elimination round.
These games will be held at the Ynares Antipolo and Ynares Montalban in Rizal, PhilSports Arena in Pasig and Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Malate.
Two playdates on Dec. 15 (Magnolia vs. Rain or Shine) and Dec. 17 (third game of the day between the Elasto Painters and Ginebra) will be held in Bahrain.
The quarterfinals are also set in the last week of December.

He continues to be involved in the sport he loves, but this time as a member of the PBA Press Corps. Aside from primarily covering the PBA, he is also assigned to cover Gilas Pilipinas.
