Riding a two-game winning streak, the Road Warriors (3-1) are aiming to further solidify their spot in the upper half of the standings.

Their latest victory came in a hard-fought 89-85 triumph over the Meralco Bolts last Sunday, where JB Bahio emerged as the spark plug with 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and a steal.

Veteran guard Kevin Alas continued to rediscover his old form with 12 points, while Bolick flirted with a triple-double in just his second game back, finishing with 11 points, eight rebounds, and 10 assists.

A pivotal 15-0 run, capped by an Alas and-one play, gave NLEX breathing room before weathering Meralco’s late rally led by CJ Cansino.

Now tied with TNT, Converge, Magnolia, and Rain or Shine in the early race for the top spot, NLEX will look to extend its surge against a Blackwater squad (1-2) eager to end a two-game skid.
