After seeing its winning run short circuited last time out, Meralco is determined to return to the win column of the PBA Philippine Cup before playing another road game in East Asia Super League.
CJ Cansino and the Meralco Bolts look to get back on track when they face the TNT Tropang 5G in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
Tip off is at 7:30 p.m. at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

The Bolts (3-3) are eager to recover from a tough 85-89 loss to the NLEX Road Warriors that snapped their three-game winning streak.
Despite the defeat, Meralco showed plenty of fight behind Cansino’s stellar effort — the sophomore guard sustained his strong play with 24 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two blocks.
Chris Newsome added 21 points and 11 boards, while Cliff Hodge also turned in a double-double of 14 points and 17 rebounds in the losing cause.

Meralco faces a demanding stretch ahead, with three East Asia Super League (EASL) assignments lined up in November.
Following the TNT game, the Bolts will fly to Taiwan to face the Taoyuan Pauian Pilots on November 2, before hosting the same squad and the Macau Black Bears on November 8 and 15, respectively.
But before shifting focus abroad, Meralco will be locked in on improving its Philippine Cup record against a TNT squad (3-1) that’s fresh off a dominant 130-92 win over Titan Ultra, highlighted by a massive 40-point second quarter.
