James will be competing in his fourth Olympics and his first since 2012. And the 39-year-old Los Angeles Lakers superstar is prepping up as early as June for Paris 2024, just a month after the Purple and Gold's first round exit at the hands of the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference opening round.

The four-time NBA champion scored a total of 273 points (3rd all-time among Americans) in the Olympics and won gold in 2008 and 2012 and made his Olympics debut in 2004 (bronze).

LeBron has played 68 total games for Team USA and averaged 14.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.6 steals per game.

James will also play with Lakers teammates Anthony Davis in the Olympics, marking the first time the two superstars will play in Team USA in 12 years.

The Americans are in Group C, and are set to play against Serbia, the debuting South Sudan, and the winner of the Puerto Rico Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
