After a franchise-worst slump, the Indiana Pacers are finally finding their groove.

Pascal Siakam came through in the clutch anew, drilling the go-ahead basket with 6.8 seconds left as the Pacers edged the Boston Celtics, 98-96, to secure their third-straight win on Tuesday, January 13 (PH time).

Following a 13-game slump, the Pacers have won three straight for the first time this season thanks to Siakam’s heroics.

Trailing late, Derrick White kept Boston alive by sinking a floating bank shot to tie the game at 96-all with 28.6 seconds remaining in regulation.

But Siakam calmly answered with his own floating bank shot to give the Pacers the lead in the waning moments.

Boston had a final chance to steal the win, but White’s three-pointer clanged off the rim, sealing a nail-biting victory for Indiana.

Siakam finished with 21 points, eight rebounds, and six assists, while big man Jay Huff added a season-high 20 points.

Indiana now improves to 9-31 and will aim for a fourth straight win as they prepare to host the Toronto Raptors (24-17) next.

For Boston, Payton Pritchard led the way with 23 points, complemented by White’s 18 markers.

However, the Celtics—missing an injured Jaylen Brown (back)—dropped their second consecutive game and fell to 24-15.

Boston continues its road trip in Miami to face the Heat (20-19).
