Inday Tolentin was over the moon when she made a historic first goal for the Filipina5 on Monday in the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup Philippines 2025.

It happened just nearly four minutes into their match against Morocco, when she emerged from the left side to launch a kick that blazed past three defenders.

She admitted wanting to bounce back after failing to convert in a 0-6 loss to Poland in the opener.

As spectacular as her first goal was, the Filipina5 still ended up losing to Morocco, 2-3, in a tightly-contested affair at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.

That’s why the PFF Women’s Cup Most Valuable Player from FEU is far from satisfied.

Goal ko po is yes, maka score pero yung pinaka goal ko is manalo,” she said.

The Filipina5 will have one more chance for a victory when they square off against Argentina on Thursday, Nov. 27.
