AJ Edu made his presence felt on both ends as the Gunma Crane Thunders clobbered the Akita Northern Happinets, 76-55, to pick up a fifth straight win in the 2025-26 season of the Japan B.LEAGUE on Sunday, Nov. 9.
The Filipino import submitted 10 points he spiked with seven rebounds, an assist, a steal and a game-high three blocks as Gunma continued its red-hot play to improve to 9-6

The Crane Thunders raced off to a 17-9 start, shifted into high gear in the second period, then cruised to the win against the home team at the CNA Arena.
It was a balanced attack for Gunma, with Kerry Blackshear and Kenny Asana leading the way with 14 points each.
Takuto Nakamura also had 11 points, two rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Meanwhile, Keanu Pinder paced the Happinets with 15 points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
Takuya Nakayama and Yanni Wetzel added 13 and 12 points, respectively, for Akita, which absorbed its fourth straight loss for a 2-13 league-worst card.
