Kemark Cariño is the newest member of the barangay.

This as the PBA approved the deal shipping the big man to Ginebra from Terrafirma ahead of the Season 50 Commissioner’s Cup Friday, February 27.

In return, the Dyip will get stretch big Ben Adamos.

PJ Pilares of Titan Management Group, who handles Cariño, bared this development to reporters on the same day.

The 6-foot-8 Cariño will bolster the Gin Kings frontline which is also expecting to have Isaac Go soon onboard after a long battle with injury.

He will reunite with former Terrafirma teammates Go and Stephen Holt at Ginebra.

Pilares, though, said the former San Beda slotman, who is still recovering from an ACL injury, is expected to return to action in April.

The former All-Defensive team member suffered the said knee injury during practice in early 2025.

Like most sportswriters, Jan Ballesteros once dreamed of becoming a professional hooper. But he learned the hard way that it’s not for everyone.

He continues to be involved in the sport he loves, but this time as a member of the PBA Press Corps. Aside from primarily covering the PBA, he is also assigned to cover Gilas Pilipinas.
