Meralco was ready for anything that Magnolia would throw its way in crunch time in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup Sunday, Oct. 19.

Meralco stood unfazed as Magnolia attempted a turnaround and was rewarded with a 78-76 victory in the PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup at the Ynares Center in Montalban Sunday, Oct. 19.

The Bolts pocketed their third consecutive victory to hike their record to 3-2.

Meanwhile, the Hotshots absorbed their first defeat for a 2-1 slate.
