If you could emulate one trait of your dad, what would it be? Magnolia Hotshot Peter Alfaro shares about that and more in this Father's Day feature.
Growing up, Magnolia Hotshot Peter Alfaro has learned to embrace challenges.
That mentality has allowed him to get better day in and day out to overcome the odds and eventually make his way into the PBA.
He got it from his dad, former PBA player Pedro Alfaro.
Peter shared how Pedro was like as a father in this interview with One Sports.
OS: What’s the best advice that your father gave you?
Alfaro: Ever since, sa Zamboanga pa ako, ang advice niya sakin lagi is 'Always take it as a challenge.' Sa mga challenges, sa mga doubts sa sarili ko, take it as a challenge. Para at least ma-motivate akong mag-improve.
