Apparently, there’s no need to avoid delicious, hearty meals if you wish to acquire a ripped bod, midsection included. That’s the truth, according to an unimpeachable source.
Actually, here’s a list of things you don’t have to do while trying to get those rock-hard abs:
1. Starve yourself
2. Eliminate carbs from your diet
3. Stay away from salty and oily food
4. Deprive yourself from dairy produce
5. Most importantly, avoid pasta and pizza
Yep, One Championship’s first-ever flyweight submission grappling world champion Mikey “Darth Rigatoni” Musumeci has spoken. The 27-year-old grappling superstar is a bona fide golden boy of Asia’s largest martial arts platform.
He’s a tireless grappler and has yet to lose inside the One cage. Plus, he looks nice. You really just have to take his word for it.
On Saturday, Musumeci took to Instagram to share his regimen, which makes him a lean, mean fighting machine.
“Every night, I eat pizza and pasta after I train,” the dashing submission specialist said.
Musemeci claimed, there weren’t any drawbacks from his unusual regimen. If anything, he feels a lot stronger, being powered by his special Italian diet.
“A lot of people think I’m dead when I’m training. No, I’m actually super energetic because I eat so much at night, that in the morning, I’m not hungry to eat anything,” said Musumeci while preparing a lovely pasta dish.
It seems like Darth Rigatoni is not only a master grappler but a great cook as well. After tasting what looked like a spaghetti aglio olio that he himself made, he almost tapped out in delight.
“Oh my God! This is amazing. This is just perfect,” Musumeci emotionally said after taking a bite.
Mikey is set to transition to MMA. Will pizza and pasta continue to power him through to the next level? Foodies in the MMA world are rooting for him, no doubt!
