It has been a struggle as of late for the Nxled Chameleons in the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference.

After a 3-0 start, the Chameleons have faltered in their past two outings against the Galeries Tower Highrisers and Akari Chargers.

Veteran hitter Myla Pablo, who put up 14 markers in their loss to Akari, admitted that the group has plenty to clean up after back-to-back losses.

"Andami naming lapses na nangyayari sa game. Kailangan pa namin magtrabaho sa training," she told reporters.

After struggling in past conferences, expectations are at their highest for Nxled, especially after securing Petro Gazz's championship core during the offseason.

While all eyes are on the team, Pablo downplayed any added pressure in the Chameleons’ recent defeats, stressing that setbacks are part of the entire process.

"Normal naman na matalo," she said.

As one of the team’s most experienced voices, Pablo also took responsibility for setting the tone moving forward.

"Bilang beterano, kailangan kong iangat 'yung confidence ko," she said.

Pablo and the rest of the Chameleons will look to regroup when they face Choco Mucho on Tuesday, March 3, at the FilOil Centre in San Juan.
