The ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles will gun for a 2-0 start in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference as they go up against the Galeries Tower Highrisers on Tuesday, October 14, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

After an impressive four-set win against the Chery Tiggo EV Crossovers, the Thunderbelles are looking like a much more dangerous team to face in the conference, powered by American import Anna DeBeer.

In her debut match, DeBeer delivered an impressive 37-point performance, easily skyrocketing herself as one of the imports to look out for as the tournament progresses.

ZUS Coffee also boasts a deep lineup, featuring the likes of AC Miner, Thea Gagate, Kate Santiago, and Jovelyn Gonzaga.

Miner was the leading local scorer for the Thunderbelles in their opening victory with 13 markers. The No. 5 pick in the 2025 PVL Rookie Draft will be looking to do the same in their next match.

Facing the Highrisers, the Thunderbelles are expected to come out on top and secure the top spot in Pool B.

The second match for Tuesday’s triple-header is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
