One Sports: What’s your mom’s name? How old is she?
Christian David: Maria Teresa David.
OS: Are you close to your mom? Can you describe your relationship?
David: We’re very close. She's been my biggest supporter ever since. And even when she didn't know much about basketball, she got into it because of me, so I appreciate her for that.

OS: What are your favorite bonding moments with her?
David: Just watching basketball, honestly. And then just talking about growing up and how she supported me throughout the years.
OS: What are your favorite memories of her so far?
David: When she came with me to draft day. I love that moment because she's been there for me from the start. It's a dream to be playing in the PBA, and she was there for it.
