Inday Tolentin’s name will forever be part of Philippine futsal history.

In the aftermath of the Filipina5’s exit from their historic debut at the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup Philippines 2025, she took a moment to reflect on her and the team’s journey that carried them this far.

The Philippines bowed out after a 5-1 loss to Argentina in their final group-stage match, finishing the tournament winless after earlier defeats to Poland and Morocco.

Despite the disappointment, Tolentin made history, scoring the country’s first-ever goal in the World Cup against the Moroccans—a moment that will be remembered long after the results fade.

In social media post, she expressed her deep gratitude to supporters, coaches, and everyone who had supported the team’s journey.

PARA SA BAYAN," she concluded.

Alongside Tolentin, Cathrine Graversen and Isabella Bandoja also scored, marking historic milestones in the Filipina5’s World Cup debut.
