Jaja Santiago has a new team, and it seems like a new place to wander around.
"Dati malayo sa Dotonbori, ngayon napakalapit na," Santiago said in an Instagram story on Monday. "Konting tumbling lang sa apartment."
"'Di niyo kaya, char!"
The Dotonbori area is one of Osaka's tourist destinations, known for its extravagant signages and neon lights.
Santiago posted the story after she recently switched Japan V.League teams to JT Marvelous, which is based in Nishinomiya.
According to Google Maps, it's roughly 30 minutes away.
Santiago seems to be improving her Japanese too.
The volleybelle also did well in her jump test, nearly knocking off the stand.
The former V.League champions also found time for more relaxing kinds of conditioning, such as yoga.
And expect JT Marvelous to be stronger than ever with the return of Hayashi Kotona, Wada Yukiko, and Meguro Yuka from the Volleyball Nations League, where the Japanese women's national volleyball team finished as a runner-up to champion Italy.
