The Pride Run 2025, co-presented by SM Supermalls and organized by RUNRIO, is more than just a vibrant gathering of runners — it’s a bold step forward for LGBTQIA+ visibility and inclusion in public spaces and sports.

Set to take place on June 22 in Cebu and June 29 in both Manila and Davao, this year’s edition expands beyond Metro Manila for the first time, bringing the spirit of Pride across the country. The event has already attracted over 8,000 participants, surpassing last year’s turnout and signaling growing support for equality through movement.

“We’re happy to share the love through our races, and this year’s Pride Run only motivates us to make this another memorable race for everyone,” said RUNRIO founder and CEO Rio dela Cruz.

Empowering movement, across the map

With categories ranging from 1K (Dog Run), 3K, 5K, to 10K, the Pride Run 2025 welcomes participants from all walks of life — from first-time runners to longtime allies — unified by the belief that everyone deserves the freedom to show up as they are.

The races will be held at SM Seaside City Cebu, SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay, and SM Lanang in Davao — transforming each venue into a safe, celebratory space for self-expression.

Supporting Pride beyond June

Backed by PANTAY (Philippine Anti-Discrimination Alliance of Youth Leaders) as its advocacy partner, Pride Run 2025 doubles down on its purpose: to keep Pride alive and visible not just during the month of June, but year-round — especially in areas where LGBTQIA+ stories remain unheard.

A visible commitment to inclusion

SM Supermalls has reaffirmed its commitment to diversity by supporting this year’s expanded event.

“SM Supermalls’ is committed to fostering inclusive spaces for all and one of the things our runners can expect is that the rainbow colors will light up our malls to show our support,” said Joaquin San Agustin, SM Supermalls executive vice president.

With Pride Run 2025, the message is clear: safe, inclusive, and joyful spaces should exist everywhere — not just in pockets of celebration, but across cities, streets, and race routes.

Powered by community, backed by purpose

Pride Run 2025 is made possible with Cristalino Spring as hydration partner and GOMO as official telco partner. Sponsors include Klook, GRWM Cosmetics, Monde Nissin, PopMart, Energen, IKEA, Salonpas, Chlorelief, and Lubie, with hotel partners Lanson Place MOA, Astrotel, Eurotel, Sogo, and Hotel Dreamworld supporting runners across all three legs.

As runners lace up for one of the country’s most colorful races, they won’t just be chasing finish lines — they’ll be taking part in a larger movement.

Because in every step forward, the LGBTQIA+ community reclaims space, tells their story, and proudly runs toward equality.
