Defending champions Falcons AP.Bren are one step closer to achieving back-to-back MPL Philippines crowns, advancing to the Grand Finals of Season 13 after beating RSG Philippines in the lower bracket finals, 3-1.

In Game one, Falcons AP.Bren drafted a high-sustain lineup with Barats, X.Borg, and Rafaela, but RSG PH responded with a debut pick on Alpha as a jungler.

David “FlapTzy” Canon on X.Borg drew the first blood and scored a double kill early against RSG.

The Falcons utilized their early-game spike, not conceding any deaths until the five-minute mark.

But the early advantage slowly slipped away from Falcons AP.Bren’s grip after RSG executed a three-man pickoff during the nearly eight-minute turtle contention.

RSG also didn’t let a last-minute technical pause ruin their momentum, taking advantage of a 5-on-3 situation for a base siege against Falcons AP.Bren.

Clarense "Kousei" Camilo delivered a stellar performance on Claude with a 7-0-7 KDA.

In Game two, AP.Bren snowballed after a victorious contest at the ten-minute mark lord objective.

During the tense 18-minute clash, Jonard "Demonkite" Caranto managed to steal the lord with a precise retribution play and proceeded for a 4-on-3 rundown against Falcons AP.Bren.

But the Falcons answered with a counter-engage play, and Clarense "Kusey" Camilo on Moskov was swift to punctuate the team fight with a double kill.

The crucial turn of events provided a space for RSG to stretch into the late game. But Marco “Super Marco” Requitiano revved up for a double kill and collaborated with Rowgien "Owgwen" Unigo to complete the four-man elimination.

With only Demonkite as the last man standing on RSG’s side, Falcons AP.Bren ignored the available lord objective and went for an unstoppable base siege.

Falcons AP.Bren winged their way to victory to tie the series at one score apiece, courtesy of Owgwen’s Mathilda with a 3-1-12 KDA and perfect 100% kill participation.

In Game three, the Falcons stunned the Raiders with a comeback after securing an uncontested lord objective at the 22-minute mark.

Three inhibitor turrets have crumbled down in RSG’s base, rendering their base weak against an evolved lord of Falcons AP.Bren.

Super Marco on Moskov performed a superb 5-0-4 KDA and 100% kill participation, bringing the Falcons AP.Bren to a crucial 2-1 lead.

In Game four, Falcons AP.Bren suppressed RSG to complete the win.

The Falcons saw the 5-on-2 situation as a window of opportunity in the last minute of the series to seal the deal against RSG.

Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo on Benedetta came up with a clutch alecto: final blow and petrify combination play in an effort to save their base from crumbling down, but Super Marco on Roger relentlessly pounced to clinch the victory.

With the win Falcons AP.Bren also qualified for the MSC, adding another opportunity to win an international crown.

Falcons AP.Bren will face Team Liquid ECHO for the MPL Philippines Season 13 crown.
