DLSU star Angel Canino celebrated her 22nd birthday surrounded by family, friends, and fellow volleyball stars who made her feel all the love on her special day.
She’s fierce on the court, but on her 22nd birthday, Angel Canino was all heart off it.
The DLSU Lady Spikers’ star celebrated her special day surrounded by warmth—from her family’s sweet surprise to messages from teammates and rivals that proved just how loved she is in the volleyball world. And yes, it felt like something straight out of a Taylor Swift song.
“Happy 22nd Birthday, my forever baby angel Anne Canino! We love you so much. We are so blessed to have you,” wrote her dad Rodel Canino, in a touching Facebook post complete with family smiles that made the day even brighter.
Swift once sang, “We're happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time.” But for Angel, turning 22 seemed more like happy, loved, and celebrated from all sides.
Teammates like Shevana Laput poured out their love:
“You know I’ve got so much love for you! Keep shining like the star you are and I will always be here to cheer you on! I’m so happy to have a friend like you who pushes people to be their best.”
