Ace rookie Sam Cantada, who exited their first game vs UP due to injury, was on a mission, unleashing a career-high 32 points alongside 13 excellent digs, and 18 excellent receptions to lead NU's fight.
The Lady Bulldogs avoided back to back losses in the elimination round and returned to the win column with a 6-2 slate. UP, meanwhile, crashes into their fourth straight defeat and are at 3-5.
