The opening gathered members of the local running community, athletes, partners, and guests for a morning that reflected the spirit of movement that ASICS, the Japanese sportswear brand known for its performance running shoes, champions.
The day began with a community run before transitioning into a relaxed store launch celebration, where guests explored the space and enjoyed various in-store experiences highlighted by the Philippine debut of the SUPERBLAST™ 3.
The SUPERBLAST™ 3 marks the latest evolution in the brand’s BLAST Series of performance running shoes. Designed to deliver energized performance and comfort for runners of all levels, the shoe introduces FF LEAP™ foam — the lightest and most responsive cushioning technology to date.
The new foam works alongside a redesigned trampoline pod and a dual-layer cushioning system to provide enhanced energy return, helping runners feel lighter, faster, and more energized throughout their runs.
The shoe also features an updated eyestay design for improved midfoot support and an engineered woven upper that enhances breathability and flexibility.
Together, these updates reduce the shoe’s overall weight while delivering a more agile and responsive running experience.
Guests at the store opening also had the opportunity to explore the brand’s latest product offerings, including key collections such as Performance Running (PRUN), Core Performance Sports (CPS), and Sportstyle (SPS), showcasing a range of footwear, apparel, and accessories designed for both performance and everyday movement.
