Last season, the NU re-established its dominance, sweeping the elimination round and then grinding past the UST Growling Tigresses in a three-game Finals classic.

But this season marks the start of a new chapter for NU.

Longtime coach Aris Dimaunahan stepped down in the offseason, with DA Olan now tasked to steer the program forward.

Furthermore, the departure of former star Camille Clarin, who ended her collegiate career last year, also leaves NU without one of its most recognizable stars.

Despite the changes, the Bulldogs remain a powerhouse.

Cielo Pagdulagan, last year’s Rookie of the Year and Finals MVP, is set to take center stage, while seniors Angel Surada, Kristine Cayabyab, Karl Ann Pingol and Aloha Betanio provide leadership and experience.
