The Akari Chargers look to go above .500 in the standings in their final 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino preliminary match against the Cignal HD Spikers at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on Tuesday, February 18.

A win for the Chargers will secure them the sixth spot in the standings heading to the qualifying round where they will face the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, whom they currently share an identical 5-5 record.

Coming off a four-set loss against Choco Mucho, Akari is also hoping to build some momentum for the playoffs.

The Taka Minowa-led squad will be spearheaded by Faith Nisperos and Ivy Lacsina once more. But the Chargers are also expecting much more from Fifi Sharma, Eli Soyud, and Kamille Cal.
