PLDT won the match in straight sets, 25-17, 25-23, 25-22.
Savi Davison led the High Speed Hitters with 13 points, while Jessey de Leon added 11.
However, captain Kath Arado was hailed Player of the Game with 29 excellent digs and 12 excellent receptions.
