How to buy tickets for first-ever Philippine Women’s Open

The Philippine Tennis Association (PHILTA) has released ticket prices and information ahead of the first-ever Philippine Women’s Open.

Tennis fans will be able to purchase tickets for the upcoming WTA 125 Philippine Women’s Open starting Wednesday, January 14, the Philippine Tennis Association (PHILTA) announced at a press conference on Tuesday, January 13.

The country’s first-ever WTA-level tournament will feature ranked players headlined by Paris Olympics silver medalist Donna Vekic and resurgent Tatjana Maria.

Home bet Alex Eala has also received a wild card and may be available to play, depending on her performance in the Australian Open.

In a press conference at Lanson Place on Tuesday, PHILTA said that they partnered with SM Tickets with the tickets priced from Php 200 to Php 2000 across the qualifying, and main draw competitions at the refurbished Rizal Memorial Tennis Center in Manila.

Qualifying matches begin on January 24 to 25, with tickets priced at Php 200 per day.

Tickets will be free seating and are General Admission.

Main draw matches will begin on January 26 until the 29th with tickets priced at Php 1,000 per day — free seating and General Admission.

Ticket prices increase in the semifinals and finals slated on January 30 and 31. These will be up for grab later on.

In the singles semifinals, the Standard Pass is priced at Php 1,500 in Row K Upwards, East and West Bleachers (reserved seating), while the Premium Pass is slated at Php 2,000 at Rows A-J, East and West Bleachers.

The price is also the same for the doubles finals which coincide with the semis for singles.

Then on the final day on January 21, the prices also stay the same.

Tickets can be purchased both on-site and in SM Ticket outlets across the country and online.
