Aiza Maizo-Pontillas is headed to a rebuilding Galeries Tower Highrisers for the 2026 PVL season following the leave of absence by the Petro Gazz Angels.
The renovation continues for the Galeries Tower Highrisers ahead of the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference, getting their own big-ticket signing in former Petro Gazz star Aiza Maizo-Pontillas on Monday, Jan. 12.
Maizo-Pontillas, who won three PVL titles with the Angels, is now on her third team as a professional. She started with the Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors in 2021, before transferring to Petro Gazz a year later.
At 37, Maizo-Pontillas remains as a viable option on offense and should provide much-needed championship experience to the youthful Highrisers.
Aside from Maizo-Pontillas, other Galeries Tower signings include the returning Shola Alvarez, Shar Ancheta, Erika Deloria, Cams Victoria, and Dolly Versoza.
The Highrisers earlier announced the additions of Erika Raagas, Julia Angeles, and Blove Barbon.
