Thirdy Ravena and San-en NeoPhoenix officially take over as the no. 1 team in all of Japan.

The NeoPhoenix scored a 75-62 road win over the Shinshu Brave Warriors Wednesday, extending their franchise-best streak to 12 games.

That, coupled with the Alvark Tokyo loss Chiba, has San-en in solo first in the B1 with a 30-4 record.

In a bit of a down game compared to his season standards, Thirdy Ravena finished with seven points, seven rebounds, and four assists in the win. Yante Maten led San-en with 21 points.

In other results, Ray Parks Jr. scored 12 points to help the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins beat Osake, 86-77.

Kai Sotto and Matthew Wright sat out their games for Yokohama and Kyoto respectively, but both teams earned close wins with the B-Corsairs surviving the Seahorses Mikawa, 75-74, and the Hannaryz beating the Shimane Susanoo Magic, 75-72.

Yokohama reports that Sotto was hurt in practice, while Wright sat out to an unspecified illness.

Across other games, Dwight Ramos reset his season-high to 22 points, albeit in another loss this time as Levanga Hokkaido can’t get past the Gunma Crane Thunders.

In the B2, Kiefer Ravena went for 18 points but the Shiga Lakes suffered a rare losing skid, dropping a 101-104 decision to Kumamoto in a duel of the West’s top-2 teams.
