Shemaiah Abatayo and the FEU Lady Tamaraws look to finally find consistency as they take on the Adamson Lady Falcons in the UAAP Season 88 women’s basketball tournament on Sunday, November 2.

Tip off is 7:00 p.m. at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The Lady Tamaraws (4-5) are seeking to end their up-and-down run this season after alternating between wins and losses in their first nine games. FEU is coming off an 82-70 defeat to Ateneo, where they fell behind 31-13 early and could not recover.

Abatayo and Amyah Espanol were the bright spots in the loss, scoring 17 points each to lead the Morayta-based squad.

With both players in solid form, FEU hopes to deliver a complete performance and stay in the thick of the Final Four race as the second round intensifies.

Standing in their way is Adamson (3-6), a team also determined to revive its playoff hopes after struggling with consistency.

But for FEU, getting off to a strong start and maintaining composure down the stretch will be crucial if they are to avoid another slide in the standings.

A win would bring the Lady Tamaraws back to .500 and hopefully ignite a winning streak that could send them to the playoffs.
