The NU Bulldogs seek to claim solo lead in UAAP Season 88 as they tangle with the DLSU Green Archers in the men’s basketball tournament, Sunday, Oct. 12, at the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion.

Tip-off is at 1:30 p.m.

NU (4-1) rides into the weekend on the heels of a hard-earned 69-66 comeback win over Adamson, where the Bulldogs clawed back from an 11-point fourth-quarter deficit to improve to a 4-1 record.

Jake Figueroa spearheaded the Bulldogs’ rally with 17 points, three assists, and three steals, punctuating his performance with a go-ahead and-one layup with 52.5 seconds left to help seal the victory.

Now eyeing a fifth win in six games, NU looks to keep its composure and consistency against a hungry DLSU side determined to bounce back after a frustrating loss to the Blue Eagles.
