The FEU Tamaraws maintain their dominance in the UAAP Season 86 men's volleyball tournament after beating the UE Red Warriors.
Far Eastern University (FEU) solidified its position at the top of the UAAP Season 86 men's volleyball tournament standings after a hard-fought four-set victory over the University of the East (UE) on Wednesday, April 17th, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao. The final score was 25-17, 17-25, 28-26, and 25-19.
This victory improves FEU's record to an impressive 11-1 with only two games remaining in the season. John Steve Aligayon paced the Red Warriors offense with a game-high 19 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the top-ranked Tamaraws.
The loss drops UE to 1-11, putting them in a tie with the University of the Philippines for the bottom spot in the standings.
