Former UST captain Eya Laure is growling with pride as the UST GoldenTigresses locked their twice-to-beat advantage in the UAAP Season 86 Final Four after a hard-earned win over defending champion DLSU.
Since the onset of the UAAP Season 86 volleyball tournaments, Chery Tiggo star Eya Laure has been proudly roaring from the sidelines in support of her alma mater UST.
Along with fellow former UST captain and now Choco Mucho ace Sisi Rondina, the UST pride between these alumnae is imprinted into their paws.

Eya the Sleya left a trail of pride and prestige in España, ending the NU Lady Bulldogs-20 game winning streak and slaying the hopes and stepladder playoffs of the DLSU Lady Spikers back in UAAP Season 85.

And now that the UST Golden Tigresses are up 1-0 in a virtual best-of-3 against the Lady Spikers, with a Season 86 Finals on the line, Eya is once again a proud ate.

In her post from X, the former UST ace expressed her support for the young but feisty Tigresses.
“CONGRATS BABIES!! CLAIM THAT FINALS SPOT!! KAYANG KAYA! PARA SA USTe!”, she wrote.
The “Ibalik ang korona sa España” mantra lives on for the UST Golden Tigresses.
“Dito talaga nila makikita ‘yong mga pinaghirapan namin sa team. This is the best chance na mabalik ang korona,” said UST captain Detdet Pepito.
This is also the perfect time for Eya to once again bring out her custom “Immunity Mother” trap card.
