The ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles look to continue their remarkable rise and secure a semifinal berth as they face the Capital1 Solar Spikers in a knockout quarterfinal duel on Monday, November 24, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Coming off a strong 7-1 finish in the preliminaries, the Thunderbelles enter the quarterfinals with momentum behind the steady brilliance of setter Cloanne Mondonedo.

Mondonedo has been the tournament’s top playmaker, leading all setters with 6.24 excellent sets per frame. Her ability to speed up plays and keep the offense unpredictable has been central to ZUS Coffee’s success throughout the conference.

At the forefront of that offense is import Anna DeBeer, who continues to establish herself as one of the Reinforced Conference’s most dominant scorers.

DeBeer ranks 2nd in scoring and 3rd in spiking, carrying ZUS Coffee’s scoring load with a mix of power, range, and composure in high-pressure moments.

Supported by a well-rounded cast that includes Jovelyn Gonzaga, AC Miner, Riza Nogales, Chinnie Arroyo, and Thea Gagate, the Thunderbelles boast a lineup capable of overwhelming opponents at the net and sustaining long rallies with disciplined floor defense.

With a semifinals spot at stake and no room for lapses, ZUS Coffee’s composure — honed through eight weeks of consistent play — could be their greatest weapon.

The ZUS Coffee–Capital1 clash is the third match of Monday’s quadruple-header at 4:00 p.m.
