She wants to give fans in Iloilo their money’s worth.
Petro Gazz Angels reached their realistic goal of making the semifinals of the PVL All-Filipino conference.
But the job’s not done yet.
Although assured of a semifinals slot with a 5-2 win-loss record, Remy Palma said they still want to gain the momentum heading into the playoffs.
“May isang game pa kami. We want to win pa din para madala momentum going into semis,” she said after the Angels trounced the Akari Chargers, 25-15, 25-19, 22-25, 25-16 at the PhilSports Arena.
Palma finished with 13 points in Thursday’s game.
More importantly, the Angels want to come out of the gates firing to give fans their money’s worth when they tackle the Chery Tiggo Crossovers at San Agustin Gymnasium in Iloilo City.
“Magta-travel pa kami, going to Iloilo. So isang magandang balik sa mga tao dun na makapagbigay kaming magandang laro,” she said.
“Mas magpe-prepare pa kami kasi mas tumataas pa level ng competition so dapat mas maging prepared pa kami.”
