The Farm Fresh Foxies capped their elimination run with a gritty sweep of the Chery Tiggo EV Crossovers, securing at least the No. 2 seed heading into the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference quarterfinals.
The Farm Fresh Foxies can at least finish as the No. 2 seed in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference quarterfinals after sweeping the Chery Tiggo EV Crossovers, 25-17, 25-23, 29-27, on Thursday, November 20, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Already assured of a playoff berth, the Foxies still came out hungry, turning their final elimination match into a statement victory over the veteran-laden Crossovers.
Farm Fresh controlled most of the third set but had to survive a late Chery Tiggo surge that flipped the score to 23-22.
The Crossovers even reached set point first—several times—forcing an extended finish.
But with the set on the line, the Foxies displayed the composure that has defined their rise in this conference. After Yunieska Batista’s attack error opened the door, Eli Rousseaux delivered the clincher with a clever off-speed hit to secure the sweep.
Alohi Robins-Hardy was hailed the Player of the Game with 24 excellent sets and seven points.
Now at 7-1, Farm Fresh will await the result of the Petro Gazz–PLDT duel to determine their final seeding entering the quarterfinals.
Chery Tiggo ends its Reinforced campaign at 2-6.
