The PLDT High Speed Hitters continued their dominant form in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference after sweeping the Nxled Chameleons, 25-22, 25-21, 25-20, on Friday, October 31, at the FilOil EcoOil Arena in San Juan.
In control of most of the game, the High Speed Hitters took an early lead against the Chameleons and only continued to extend their advantage by as many as five points at 19-14.
From there, PLDT closed the game out to secure back-to-back wins to end their Pool A campaign.
Savi Davison led the way with a double-double of 19 points and 10 excellent digs.
The High Speed Hitters improved to 4-1, pulling even with the Farm Fresh Foxies, though PLDT currently holds the top spot thanks to a superior set ratio.
Meanwhile, the Nxled Chameleons dropped to 0-5, still searching for their first win of the conference. But with no eliminations in the PVL Reinforced format, the Chameleons will have a chance to regroup and fight back in the coming matches.
