ZUS Coffee demolishes Galeries Tower for back-to-back wins in PVL Reinforced Conference

The ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles snatched back-to-back wins in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference after making quick work of the Galeries Tower Highrisers, 25-22, 25-16, 25-16, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Tuesday, October 14.

Fresh off their opening victory against the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, the Thunderbelles dominated the winless Highrisers from start to finish for a 2-0 start in Pool B, tied with the Akari Chargers.

Import Anna DeBeer had another strong outing with 18 points. But it was AC Miner, who was hailed the Player of the Game with 10 markers on 54% attacking efficiency.

ZUS Coffee will have over a week to prepare for their next match against the Creamline Cool Smashers on October 23 at the FilOil EcoOil Arena.

Meanwhile, Galeries Tower will head to Ilagan City to challenge Creamline on Saturday, October 18.
