It's a dream realized for Iriga, Camarines Sur native Joanie Delgaco when she qualified for the Olympic Games Paris 2024 in rowing.

While she is a month away from competing against the strongest in the world, she admitted that there is no expectation for a podium finish.

But as she remains focused in training for the moment, she already won as she gets to face the best the world has to offer.

In the meantime, every day counts for Joanie so she can give her best against the best, and go home with no regrets.

The Pinay rower looks back to her progress, from a child from Iriga who dared to dream...

...to the woman who has achieved it. The country has your back, Joanie!
