Filipino guard SJ Belangel has signed a two-year contract to suit up once again in the Korean Basketball League.
SJ Belangel is running it one more time with the Daegu KOGAS Pegasus.
The basketball squad announced on Friday that the Filipino guard has signed a fresh two-year contract to play in the Korean Basketball League.
In 2022, Belangel announced he was foregoing his last two years with the Ateneo Blue Eagles in the UAAP to turn pro with KOGAS.
In this season, the Pegasus ranked seventh with a 21-33 record. He averaged 12.6 points, a 34.4% three-point shooting, 2.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists.
Still, this Filipino oppa has found plenty of support from fans in South Korea.
