There’s a chance RR Pogoy could suit up in Game 6 of the PBA Season 49 Philippine Cup semifinals between TNT and Rain or Shine.
If you asked RR Pogoy, he would have laced up and helped TNT face Rain or Shine in Game 5 of the PBA Season 49 Philippine Cup semifinals Friday, July 4.
But he, along with Kelly Williams, was sidelined by injury.
That did not help the Tropang 5G's cause as they eventually stumbled, 97-113, to the Elasto Painters, allowing their foes to catch up in the best-of-seven series at 2-3.

But Pogoy bore good news: his hamstring injury is already healing.
“Tiningnan namin [last Thursday]. Ang ganda ng progress: naghi-heal na,” said Pogoy shortly after the match at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao.
“Naghihintay na lang ako sa [advice ng] doctor at PT. Kasi nagsi-strengthening na ako ngayon.”
Asked if he would suit up in Game 6 to finally bring TNT to the championship round, the Cebuano was non-committal.
“Tingnan natin next game. Kasi naghihintay lang talaga ako ng go signal,” Pogoy said.
