It’s time to believe Thirdy Ravena and the San-en NeoPhoenix as true title contenders in the 2023-24 B.League season.

The NeoPhoenix scored another impressive road win Saturday, this time a 92-79 win over the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins at the Dolphins Arena in Aichi.

This is coming at the heels of last week’s road sweep of perennial powerhouse Chiba Jets, which once again puts the NeoPhoenix tied for first in the B1 with a mighty 23-4 record.

Six San-en players were in double figures against Nagoya, but Thirdy was the star of the whole show with a game-high 25 points, including this massive slam in the second quarter.

Ravena shot a perfect 11/11 from inside the arc, and added four assists and two steals for good measure in the win.

Ray Parks Jr. reached the 1,000-point milestone for Nagoya with an early three, but he only finished with six points as the Dolphins dropped to 16-11 following their third-straight loss.
