The University of Santo Tomas kept their title hopes alive after dominating the defending champions, National University, 95-70, in Game 2 of the UAAP Season 88 women’s basketball Finals on Wednesday, December 10, at the Mall of Asia Arena.
This marks the third straight winner-take-all match between the Growling Tigresses and Lady Bulldogs for the UAAP women’s crown.
After being handed their first loss in the season, UST bounced back in commanding fashion behind the hot shooting of Coi Danganan, Rachelle Ambos, and Brigette Santos.
Game 3 is set on Sunday, December 14, still at the MOA Arena.
